Can I put down a nickname for the order?

• Please use your legal name. If your local post office holds the order, you may not be able to get it without the name on your ID. I understand this may be uncomfortable sometimes, but if you put down a nickname and the post office refuses to give you the envelope, there is nothing I can do.
